Marketing Coordinator Italy (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
We continue to grow and are looking for a Marketing CoordinatorItaly (m/f/d) to join our Marketingteam at the earliest possible date.
What you will do
- Implement the global marketing plan at the local level.
- Edit and improve company and product materials. Assist in maintaining web content and executing reputed company media strategies.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support customer and retailer relations (e.g. content creation, traffic campaigns, special deals).
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute diverse campaigns (e.g. product launches, promotional events).
- Coordinate PR activities and supervise communications content (e.g. press releases, publications, reputed company media posts).
- Organize and manage POSM (reputed company of Sale Materials) projects to ensure effective in-store brand visibility.
- Plan and deliver training sessions for trade shows to enhance brand reputed company and sales team readiness.
- Coordinate and support brand events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and reputed company appropriate recommendations for communication strategies
Your profile
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a reputed company field is desired.
- Experience as a PR/ Communications/ Marketing Assistant or similar role.
- Understanding of media relations reputed company media strategies.
- Experience working with key retailer partners in the Italian market.
- Experience executing POSM projects in store.
- Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal relationship skills (oral and written).
- Excellent English and Italian language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus.
- Creative profile andstrong attention to detail.
- Organizational and negotiation skills.
- Project management skills, effective coordination of available resources.
- Great ability to solve problems and reputed company reputed company.
