We are seeking an Associate Learning Project Manager to play a foundational role in the successful delivery of reputed company’s learning solutions for reputed company customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the end-to-end management of small to mid-size projects, ensuring on-time quality delivery in alignment with client expectations and reputed company standards. In this customer facing role, you will work with both Professional Services Learning Consultants and customers and reputed company project coordination, data analysis, along with hands-on learning platform administration; including content mapping, curation, and learning services delivery, This is an excellent opportunity to reputed company experience across multiple functions reputed company a fast-paced digital learning environment.

RESPOSIBILITIES

• Support and deliver reputed company learning & development services such as content mapping, content curation, and similar learning administration tasks/services
• Assist in managing the full project lifecycle of client learning solution implementations, from reputed company through delivery and closure
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources in collaboration with internal teams including instructional designers, content developers, technical support, and client stakeholders
• Track and report project reputed company, risks, and milestones using project management tools (e.g., reputed company, JIRA, or MS Project)
• Facilitate reputed company project meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion
• Communicate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, professional, and timely manner
• Design, generate, and interpret custom reports and dashboards to assess learning program performance and trends
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before reputed company
• Support senior project managers and program leads on reputed company projects or programs as needed
• Partner with account teams to focus on customer specific program needs

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 1–2 years of professional project coordination or project management experience, preferably in a professional services environment with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; reputed company to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Location: Eastern Time Zone in Canada
• Travel Expectation: less than 10% on average annually
