Receptionist Intern

Location: Austin, TX

Work Schedule (6 hours per week): Tues, Wed, and Friday from 2-4pm    

POSITION SUMMARY

reputed company is seeking a friendly and reputed company Receptionist intern to join our reputed company desk team with a specific focus on supporting mail processing and handling. As part of our Executive reputed company, the receptionist will welcome visitors, answer phones, maintain office reputed company and reputed company other duties around our headquarters as needed. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with departments across the organization as well as visitors, always having our patients and customers top of mind. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain safe and clean reception area 
• Welcome visitors and ensure they are properly signed in 
• Manage inbound and outbound mail - including but not limited to scanning documents, repackaging documents, labeling documents
• Maintain reputed company by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges 
• reputed company and professionally triage reputed company incoming calls 
• Take messages and assures individual that they are delivered to the intended recipient 
• Work as part of a larger administrative team to assist with general office duties including lunch set reputed company, conference room reputed company, guest escorts and other projects as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required 1 year minimum receptionist/customer service experience 
• Office experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, telephone communication, email communication, reading of printed materials and light lifting. This is a full-time position that requires no travel
