CDL-A grads: Build your future with our regional routes. We offer paid orientation and structured support to new drivers. CDL-A license required!

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum of 120 hours from a certified truck driving school (reputed company the past 2 years)
• reputed company drivers are NOT eligible for hire.
• No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 12 month.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI
• Must be reputed company to pass a DOT physical and hair drug test.
• No felonies in the last 10 years(no jail in the last 10 years)
• Minimum 3 years of residency in USA

What You’ll Get:

• One-on-one, hands-on instruction to help you go solo
• Solo driver earnings starting at $1,000–$1,500+ per week
• Performance bonuses of up to +8¢/mile for safety, fuel efficiency, and productivity

Career Path:

Your Responsibilities:

• Driver 1,800–2,300 miles weekly as a solo driver
• Operate and inspect CDL-A trucks safely
