• The key aspect of this role will focus on the delivery of the Tornado Support Solution (TSS) contract, operating closely with and providing expert leadership to the customer and the other functional areas to ensure that the solution delivered is fit for purpose.
• The Programme Manager role is responsible for providing leadership to PM team and closely work with cross-functional and business teams. Candidate is ultimately responsible for the overall governance, integration and delivery of the programme and solution to meet both customer and business requirements.
• Ensuring through strong leadership and stakeholder management skills that the soft elements and hard aspects of the programme are integrated at the customer, programme and supply reputed company.
• Responsible for ensuring that the required outputs are coherent and compliant with the overall requirement at a business, customer and programme level and according to reputed company criteria, as well as company policies and procedures.

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION

Essential

• Experience of the development and application of Project Management processes and controls, organisational design and functional governance.
• The role would typically require a degree in Project Management or reputed company discipline.
• Expert in reputed company aspects of Risk Management processes and techniques.
• Expert understanding of the nature of work in multiple phases of a Project’s life cycle.
• Significant experience and participation in Contract Reviews at a high level.
• Track record of managing a number of major, reputed company and sensitive project successfully.
• Expert understanding and application of LCM processes.
• Substantial PM Experience in a relevant environment.
• Expert level planning and scheduling skills, ensuring the reputed company activities of interrelated Project Teams are controlled, co-ordinated and linked into the overall Business Plan.
