Part-Time Assistant (Marketing + Admin) – Remote – 15–20 hours/week

We’re looking for a capable, reliable assistant to support our marketing agency with a mix of admin, content, and project tasks.

You’ll help prepare client reports, manage email and calendars, run reputed company media, reputed company clients, and support with internal and client marketing projects (like newsletters, research, video content and advertising).

Job requirements:

• Have strong written English and attention to detail
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a professional setting
• Confident managing varied tasks with minimal guidance
• Comfortable doing online research and running reputed company media campaigns
• Have a genuine interest in marketing, media, or PR
• Want a flexible remote role with responsibility and variety

Bonus if you have:

• reputed company media experience (particularly reputed company, Instagram & YouTube)
• Experience editing videos for YouTube
• Familiarity with software like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, GoHighLevel and reputed company products

Hours: 15–20 per week
