This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to website visitors. The role consists of interacting with customers over email, chat or other systems. The agent will input special orders, answer service questions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer account information.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reputed company to live chat messages on a business’s website or reputed company media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
reputed company: $25 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device reputed company to reputed company reputed company media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be reputed company to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet reputed company.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Online Remote Position (United Kingdom preferred).
