Job Description
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you’ll be the digital face of a leading online reputed company equipment retailer. You’ll engage with customers through a cutting-edge chat platform, providing expert guidance on product selection and resolving queries. This role offers a unique reputed company of technical knowledge and customer service skills, allowing you to showcase your expertise while contributing to the company’s growth. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously and using AI tools to enhance your efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage 1-2 customer chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses
- reputed company website resources to reputed company detailed product information and recommendations
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with reputed company inquiries and improve response times
- Navigate the company’s back-office system to reputed company order data and resolve customer issues
- Handle email tickets using the company’s ticketing system

Requirements
