Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Purpose

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be collaborating and supporting a cross-functional team. This role will focus on creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. The work will involve reviewing and analyzing system specifications, conducting testing, both reputed company and automated, before product launches to ensure the software runs smoothly and meets client needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing reputed company and highly integrated software systems developed in a fast-paced agile development environment
• Help plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures
• Engage in robust requirements review or story refinement
• Test planning and execution of Test Plan by coordinate with reputed company team members to ensure completion

• Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately and timely

Qualifications

• Solid work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role for at least 5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of the QA process, and collaborating with Development team
• Must have basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues; experience with best practices around database operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to peers, customers, and management
• Must be capable of routinely making effective and timely reputed company in alignment with departmental direction and based on sound business knowledge and industry best practices.
• Require ability to work independently with minimal supervision
