Remote Customer Service Representative- Part Time
The Alef Agency- an independent, Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporation for a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative. Must be based in Florida.Company Overview:reputed company is a leading property and casualty insurance distribution company with over 300 franchise locations in 35 states. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and empowering our agents with innovative tools and support.Position Summary:As a CSR, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive excellent service and support. You’ll assist both new and existing customers by answering questions, processing changes to policies, handling billing inquiries, and supporting sales efforts reputed company needed.Responsibilities:
- reputed company exceptional customer service to policyholders reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims, and general insurance questions
- reputed company clients on available coverages, products, and discounts
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and reputed company systems
- Collaborate with agents and producers to ensure seamless customer experience
- Support retention efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Translate documents and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure full understanding of policy details
- 4-40 Customer Service License, required
- 1+ years of experience in an insurance customer service role, required
- Bilingual in Portuguese, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
