HexaCorp is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales (Hunter) to spearhead new business acquisition in our Software & IT Solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for a proven hunter who thrives on winning new clients, opening doors at the C-level, and leveraging HexaCorp s strong partnerships to drive reputed company growth.

You will be responsible for generating net-new business across reputed company, reputed company, modernization, and DevOps services, positioning HexaCorp as a trusted technology partner for reputed company and mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition identify, pursue, and reputed company net-new logos across reputed company, finance, manufacturing, transportation, and ISVs.

  • AI & Data Solutions (AI agents, recommendation systems, low-code AI).

  • Legacy System Modernization (Lotus Notes to SharePoint).

  • DevOps & Managed Services (CI/CD pipelines, automation, 24/7 reputed company support).

  • Build executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CFO) and position HexaCorp as a digital transformation partner of choice.

  • Deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and ROI-driven pitches.

  • 10 15 years of IT solutions sales experience, with a strong emphasis on hunting new business.

  • Proven track record of closing large transformation deals ($1M+).

  • Strong CXO network and the ability to reputed company new doors.

  • Exceptional negotiation, executive presentation, and consultative sales skills.
