Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hyperconverged Infrastructure Engineer to support customers with new PowerFlex deployments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PowerFlex Appliance, VMware, bare metal, OpenShift, reputed company virtualization, and reputed company. This remote residency will focus on PowerFlex Appliance configuration, deployment, and management, as well as integration with other Dell EMC products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and reputed company PowerFlex Appliance for customer environments
• Manage PowerFlex Manager and PowerFlex Gateway for reputed company performance and reputed company
• Conduct customer handoffs and ensure seamless transition to PowerFlex
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues with PowerFlex Appliance and reputed company systems
• Collaborate with customers to understand their network and router requirements
• Design and implement network architectures for PowerFlex deployments
• reputed company and maintain knowledge of PowerFlex Appliance software and hardware components
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PowerFlex features and enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with PowerFlex Appliance and PowerFlex Manager
• Strong knowledge of VMware, bare metal, OpenShift, and reputed company virtualization
• Experience with reputed company and PowerFlex Appliance configuration and deployment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals and architecture
• Experience with PowerFlex Appliance and PowerFlex Manager 3.7 and reputed company versions
• Familiarity with PowerFlex 4.5 features and enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
