Key Responsibilities

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring IT systems: Utilize industry-standard tools to monitor IT systems and identify potential issues.
• Troubleshooting and escalation: Conduct eyes-on-glass monitoring, reputed company initial troubleshooting, and manage escalations as needed.
• Documentation: Document reputed company site issues using our issue tracking program.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of monitoring tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.

Education and Experience

We require:

• Bachelor's degree: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information reputed company, Computer reputed company, or a reputed company field.
• Relevant experience: 2+ years of relevant experience; or 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a remote role with:
