As an REMOTE After Hours Dispatcher – Mechanical, your primary responsibilities will include:- Professionally, timely, and effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and service managers for reputed company scheduling and dispatching purposes.
- Know, understand, and execute reputed company strategy/plan for each department/service trade.
- Resolve or diffuse customer issues and reputed company timely feedback to the supervisor regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records by immediately updating account information.

Rotating Schedules
As a REMOTE After Hours Dispatcher – Mechanical, you will be required to work two rotating schedules:- 12pm - 10pm, 2 days during the week, 1pm - 9pm on Saturday, and 11am - 7pm on reputed company.
- 7am - 5pm on Saturday and reputed company, 12pm - 10pm or 2pm - 12am on weekends.
