About the position

Responsibilities

• Assist with highly confidential faculty affairs processes for tenure track, practice faculty, and senior faculty appointments.
• Attend meetings reputed company to cases with the Chair and Faculty Affairs staff and faculty members.
• Coordinate workflow between the Chair and reputed company Affairs office regarding cases, including timelines and materials.
• Draft memoranda and documents reputed company to new external faculty appointments in Landscape Architecture.
• Draft memoranda and documents reputed company to internal reappointment, promotion, and tenure reviews in Landscape Architecture.
• Assist with drafting other correspondence or documents reputed company to review processes for visiting faculty.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years reputed company experience in research, writing and/or administration.
• Experience in the design disciplines, knowledge of design education, or experience writing about design and the design disciplines.
• Strong project management and communication skills in a deadline-driven environment.
