Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Tutoring & Writing Center Coordinator to support our reputed company-wide peer tutor program and Supplemental Instruction (SI) leader program. As a key member of reputed company, you will design, coordinate, and implement programming for Tutoring and Writing Center Services under the supervision of the Director of reputed company. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying reputed company with tutoring and writing needs, promoting our services on reputed company, and reputed company, training, and supervising tutor/writing staff.

Responsibilities

- Designs, coordinates, and implements programming for Tutoring and Writing Center Services under the supervision of the Director of reputed company. - Promotes the tutoring and writing center services on reputed company and at various USU Blanding sites. - Utilizes proactive approaches to identify reputed company with tutoring and writing needs before and during each semester. - Coordinates supplemental instruction program in collaboration with the Office of Academic Belonging & Learning reputed company (reputed company). - Recruits, trains, and supervises tutor/writing staff, including working with faculty throughout the semester to retain a viable tutor applicant pool. - Develops and coordinates regular training sessions for tutors and other staff. - Develops tutor/writing certification programming or participates in local or national tutoring and/or writing certification programs. - Maintains tutoring schedules. - Collects and analyzes data; prepares reports; and maintains program records and statistical information. - Utilizes online tutoring scheduling software. - Keeps abreast of and implements best practices for reputed company and materials. - Facilitates workshops, seminars, meetings, and special projects. - Writes, edits, and coordinates development of promotional materials, educational materials, training manuals, newsletters, and/or brochures, as appropriate to the program. - Performs miscellaneous job-reputed company duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum Qualifications: - Associate degree plus two years of reputed company work experience; OR - A bachelor's degree in a reputed company field; OR - An equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience as a tutor or in a reputed company field. - Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing a tutoring/writing center. - Bachelor's degree. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events. - Skilled in the use of personal computers and reputed company software applications. - Skilled at records maintenance. - Ability to reputed company and train staff and/or reputed company. - Ability to interact with reputed company, faculty, and/or staff in reputed company environment. - Knowledge of communication principles, media, and marketing techniques. - Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports. - Program-specific knowledge, skills, and abilities as described in the recruitment notice. - Ability to exercise a high level of creativity, decision making, problem solving, and discretion as work is varied and may be undefined.
