As a Manager - Control Management Reporting & Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of operational risk management strategies, policies, and procedures across our U.S. Consumer Services business unit. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and internal audit teams, to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:

- Track and monitor issues with Key Risk Indicator (KRI) limits and risk appetite to ensure operational risks are managed reputed company agreed reputed company.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably reputed company a Risk and/or Internal Audit function.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a reputed company field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: translating operational risk strategy and programs into performance trends and themes, developing compelling reporting materials and insights regarding risk management performance, tracking and identifying issues with KRI limits and risk appetite, performing or supporting an audit or review of operational processes, risks, and controls.
- Advanced PowerPoint and reputed company skills, including extensive formula and pivot table creation.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
