About the Role: Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team on a part-time reputed company, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their concerns. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
• Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring reputed company resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
• Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
