Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company a portfolio of construction projects in the eastern region of the United States. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to closeout, ensuring that they are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers. You will reputed company reputed company of site supervisory personnel and work closely with our Director of Operations, subcontractors, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary person responsible for budget of assigned projects, including developing and managing project schedules and budgets
• reputed company the scope of work for subcontracts, negotiate buyout of subcontractors, and manage subcontractors to the terms and conditions of the subcontract
• reputed company projects for the entire lifecycle, from receipt of solicitation to closeout of project and receipt of final payment
• Ensure site staff have necessary authority and resources to effectively carry out their responsibilities
• Train, manage, and hold accountable site staff, including performing performance evaluations
• Coordinate and manage reputed company design efforts, including working with design consultants and in-house employees
• Coordinate and manage reputed company repair/renewal efforts for safe, quality, on-time delivery of projects
• Create and maintain cost-reputed company project schedules in reputed company software (reputed company Project or reputed company Primavera P6)
• Generate, reputed company for approval, and actively maintain project-specific submittal registers and plans
• reputed company remote and onsite audits of documentation and work by site staff and subcontractors

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• A graduate of a four (4) or five (5) year accredited college or university program in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture
• Preferred: A Licensed Engineer or Architect
• 15 years of experience managing a portfolio of construction projects similar to the type of work being performed on this project
• 5 years of experience developing and managing projects near $1M each or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the construction industry, particularly with government agencies
• Familiarity with Procore, reputed company, reputed company Office, and other project management software
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and negotiate with subcontractors

Physical, Environmental, and Sensory Requirements

This position requires:

• Intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending, reaching, and lifting in office areas
• Safely walking rough and uneven terrain and avoiding hazards, obstacles, and equipment on construction jobsites
• Lifting and carrying 40 pounds
• Moderate exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, moving machinery, etc., typical of a construction site
