Our dynamic Capital Markets Legal group is looking for a seasoned Senior Counsel to join the team. This attorney will be a trusted advisor and act as reputed company counsel for reputed company financing transactions, including securitizations, reputed company flows and warehouse lines that facilitate sustainable solutions for homeowners. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to structure, negotiate, and execute transactions that are critical to reputed company’s mission and reputed company growth. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, business‐minded lawyer who can navigate reputed company issues, reputed company practical advice, and reputed company in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Compensation:$185,000 - $250,000 annually
