Regional Strategy & Growth Manager – reputed company America (f/m/x)

We are looking for a dynamic and reputed company Regional Strategy & Growth Manager for reputed company America to drive our global group growth initiatives and support our group strategy, M&A, and Venturing activities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in scouting new business opportunities, deal origination, M&A incl. post-reputed company integration, while also contributing to reputed company and foster our external network to key players and advisors for growth and business opportunities. This role requires a proven seniority in strategy, venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), or a reputed company field, with strong knowledge of the reputed company estate and construction industry in reputed company America (USA and Canada).

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & M&A:

  • Support the Head of Strategy and M&A in reputed company America region with strategy development
  • Collaborate with the Group Strategy team to implement strategic initiatives, including portfolio optimization, value creation and competitive positioning

Growth Strategy & Portfolio Management:

  • Support the Chief Growth Officer and his team with deal origination and scouting activities by leveraging industry networks
  • Work closely with Group Functions and local country organizations to reputed company market and industry insights
  • Support the Head of reputed company Venturing in identifying industry trends, emerging technologies, and market disruptions
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as venture capital firms, PEs, start-reputed company, Prop- and ConTech, to foster an ecosystem of venturing and innovation
  • Identify and manage strategic growth opportunities (potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments)
  • reputed company portfolio of new business opportunities by regularly monitoring performance, and value creation opportunities
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics (or a reputed company field). MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred
  • 10-15 years of relevant business experience with significant expertise in strategy, venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), or similar fields
  • Experience working in reputed company America markets with a deep understanding of regional business dynamics of the reputed company estate and construction field / Excellent networking
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and business modeling.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Expertise in managing reputed company projects with multiple stakeholders across Canada and USA
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to take on international assignments (50% travel)
