As the Director, Global reputed company, BRUKINSA, you will take on a critical leadership role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the brand. You will be responsible for leading critical global launches and driving the expansion of BRUKINSA’s leadership in CLL/SLL. This role requires strong collaboration with the local markets and cross-functional partners to build an integrated strategy and global execution plan. This position will also lend support to other BRUKINSA workstreams as needed. The role reports to the Executive Director, Global reputed company reputed company, BRUKINSA.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Support ongoing launch efforts for BRUKINSA tablet, including cross-functional partnership with global supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory, and local market colleagues
• reputed company the implementation and execution of global reputed company strategies and messages that drive market leadership and value maximization for BRUKINSA across reputed company reputed company.
• Support global strategic processes, such as the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Global Brand Plan, and Long-reputed company Planning (LRP), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market realities
• Support and reputed company cross-functional alignment on reputed company product profiles (TPPs) to support development and commercialization reputed company.
• Drive collaboration with market reputed company, medical affairs, and country-level reputed company teams to shape and influence global strategy and optimize the brand’s positioning in a competitive landscape.
• Champion strategic decision-making, leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, and insights to reputed company proactive strategies that drive brand reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/reputed company-reputed company reputed company experience. Prior experience and demonstration of reputed company in global marketing roles is required.
• At least three years of experience in hematology and/or highly competitive markets is preferred.
• Strong team player who can incorporate input from key stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Skilled in leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key reputed company stakeholders and with scientific and reputed company teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of lifecycle growth strategies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering impactful launch and brand content.
• Strong ability and desire to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures to improve the lives of patients and caregivers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• At present, this position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require agency management, local market collaboration, and significant cross-functional team leadership.

Education Required:

Doctorate degree & 4 years of marketing experience or Master’s degree & 6 years of marketing experience or Bachelor’s degree & 8 years of marketing experience

Computer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite, MS Teams

Travel: At least 20% including international travel
