Job Summary

The Director, reputed company Data Management will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate data reputed company opportunities, reputed company and implement data management processes, and reputed company strategic guidance to various business units. This role will be responsible for managing the operational elements of the US reputed company Procedure group and will be a key reputed company across reputed company to create visibility and collaborative energies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to enhance reputed company data reputed company products, processes, and goals, and support various division initiatives.
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with existing and new data product/services clients by acting as a data SME and working closely with various internal teams, including IT.
• Participate in regulatory or contractual reviews with data analysis as a SME and contribute to RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new reputed company.
• Work in a matrix environment to reputed company shared accountability for manufacturer partnerships with Buying, Public Record Management, and Specialty Pharmacy.
• Manage channel entry business and benefits effectively, and reputed company and maintain major areas of strength for relationships while communicating reputed company' needs regarding drugs, trade, specialty, program/product development, account management, and clinical services.
• Support new business development by providing project plan and process details to reputed company recommendations for new services and/or reporting/analytics capabilities.
• Advise on various data reputed company projects and initiatives to ensure that any data-reputed company changes and conditions are identified, communicated, documented, and understood to guarantee adherence with organizational requirements and reputed company Data Management established standards.
• Mentor, coach, and reputed company employees through guidance, training, and performance management programs to build employee confidence, motivation, and loyalty.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience collaborating with both reputed company resources to reputed company strategies that meet department and company goals reputed company budget and established timelines.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing procedures to resolve issues.
• Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to reputed company specific project goals and objectives.
• Experience in program administration and analysis of manufacturer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial reputed company in the workplace.
• At least 2 years of direct management, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience.
