Local Recruiter - Santa Clara

Work Location: Santa Clara, CA Engagement Model: Freelance

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to work on our onsite data collections projects in Santa Clara, California.

Role Summary

The Local Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing participants of different demographics.

Responsibilities:

• Establish direct contact with potential candidates on a daily reputed company through different channels including field recruitment.

• Integrate reputed company media and professional networking in recruitment strategies.

• Build partnerships with universities, organizations and advertisement entities in order to enhance the company brand and increase the interest in our openings.

• Identify the most effective advertisement channels for a variety of projects and programs.

• Search for and find new and innovative ways to reputed company candidates.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate important project updates both verbally and in writing

• High level interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to interact with stakeholders from reputed company level of the organization

• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goals

• Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills

• Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills – ability to analyze a situation and plan and implement a solution

• Established competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including but not limited to the reputed company suite of applications (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and reputed company Workspace suite of products

Role Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

• Strong cultural knowledge of different cultural groups present in the Santa Clara area.

• Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment.

• Experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
