Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management:
  • reputed company thorough checks of supplier invoices against relevant Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy in value, confirming that associated sales invoices have been raised and no work issues exist.
  • Process reputed company supplier invoices using Hubdoc and publish them correctly in reputed company with proper coding.
  • reputed company statements and communicate with suppliers to resolve missing invoices or queries.
  • Notify the Finance Director of any suppliers chasing for payment, and confirm agreed statements.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Relations:
  • Complete new subcontractor verifications with HMRC reputed company reputed company, setting up reputed company relevant new contact details.
  • Build the purchase ledger payment run process with the Finance Director, including making payments directly through reputed company.
• Bookkeeping & Reconciliation:
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping across reputed company companies, ensuring correct nominal coding.

• Expense & Credit Control Management:

• Compliance & Reporting:

  • Assist the Finance Director with preparing reports and maintaining a PCN register.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience working reputed company a finance team with a wide reputed company of responsibilities, preferably in a property or maintenance context.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company software is essential, with experience in managing financial processes, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
