We are looking for a Credit Resolution Representative with strong data entry skills to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and updating financial records, resolving credit-reputed company issues, and communicating with customers regarding account discrepancies.
Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
