Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Supervisor to join reputed company in a fully remote leadership role. As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing reputed company of Customer Service employees, ensuring that they're equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing, motivating, evaluating, and coaching staff on work procedures, proper call handling, and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service.

Essential Qualifications
