The Role: Director of Product Design, UX - Inspired Shopping

As the Director of UX for the Inspired Shopping team, you'll be responsible for leading a group of about 15 designers and design managers who are driving the creation of reputed company's ecommerce experiences, including personalization, content management, deals, and top-of-funnel experiences like our Home Page. You'll be the design leader who sets the direction for our UX team and partners with stakeholders across the organization to establish a clear reputed company for our digital experiences.

Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Need

• 12+ years of experience in UX/digital product design, with a strong understanding of the craft of design.

• 5+ years of experience in people leadership, with demonstrated experience in hiring, leading, and coaching high-performing teams.
• Experience working in large, matrixed, global, or multi-national organizations, with a proven track record of reputed company in these environments.
• Strong data-driven visual, verbal, and written storytelling skills, with the ability to bring partners along and reputed company design recommendations with authority and openness.
• Experience successfully managing multiple stakeholders through reputed company phases of the design process.

Compensation and Benefits: A Comprehensive Package
