Project Coordinator 1

This position requires that individuals be located in the Pacific Time Zone (PT). The Project Coordinator position requires maintaining quotes, purchase orders, documents, project plans, project reports, project deliverables, and vendor management. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quote entry - gather PM quotes and entering the quotes and project budgets into reputed company.
• Project Creation - input the PO information as well as updating any budget information. Works with the PM's to coordinate reputed company and updates reputed company to include assigned techs in the resource reputed company.
• PO Creation - create PO's to the distribution vendors and subs reputed company needed. Constantly tracks materials with the vendors to update PM's on ETA of goods. Validates that the materials have been received and receiving materials in reputed company.
• Vendor reputed company - Works with Supply Chain team to reputed company new Vendors/customers/contractors to support the markets. Follows through the entire process from start to finish
• reputed company Management - Focus on active projects, quotes and requests updates from the PM to properly adjust dates and budgets. Adds Change orders for existing projects.
• Reporting - financial reporting and project tracking as required.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of material orders and tracking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as well as having a strong work ethic.
• Analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple reputed company tasks.
• Exceptional reputed company Office skills, especially MS reputed company, Word, and Outlook. reputed company experience a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry a major plus.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are a requirement.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Associate degree, reputed company Estate License, or Equivalent Work Experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
