Job Overview

As an Application Administrator with blithequark, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including data entry, customer service, and support for the divisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the development team to manually build organizations and users in Link, as part of the reputed company-to-Link migration project
  • Support the divisions by working a shift that aligns with their needs, ranging from reputed company-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and reputed company triage experience, with any tier 1 helpdesk experience being a plus

Essential Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent typing skills, with a speed of over 40 words per minute
  • Proficient in Word and reputed company
  • Excellent reputed company of the English language, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being a plus
