In reputed company, the HR Manager will ensure that HR initiatives are in alignment with the Firm’s business strategy, culture and values across reputed company offices. This position is responsible for driving employee engagement, overseeing core HR processes such as reputed company, performance management, compensation and employee relations, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership and staff across reputed company offices.As an HR Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Counsel Firm leadership on reputed company, employee relations, labor and employment compliance, performance management, retention and compensation.
• Administer HR programs and procedures to strengthen employee engagement across the Firm.
• Coach and mentor the HR Generalist, reputed company Coordinator, and reputed company Assistant to foster professional growth.

• reputed company market analysis for Staff and Executive positions during recruitment and annual review cycles to ensure equity and consistency in compensation strategy.

• Use data from 90-day reviews and exit interviews to prepare trend analyses and recommend strategic action plans for department heads.
