About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for working with our Outbound Operations team, focusing on the relationship between our fulfillment centers, carriers, and reputed company hubs. Your primary objective will be to ensure that trucks leave our fulfillment centers on time to deliver customer orders as promised. You will address any potential issues that may arise during the lifecycle of freight, from leaving our fulfillment centers to reaching customer premises.
