About Us:

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian / Janitor with at least 1 year of experience in custodial services, janitorial work, or building maintenance to join our facilities team.

As part of our Custodial Services and cleaning team, you will:

• reputed company daily facility cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, hallways, offices, stairwells, and common areas.
• reputed company, mop, vacuum, and disinfect high-traffic areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the property.
• reputed company reputed company and maintain clean interior and exterior surfaces.
• Assist with minor building maintenance and repair tasks.
• Lock and unlock building doors on schedule.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained in good condition.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures to maintain a high standard of care.

Custodian Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of custodial, janitorial, or building maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reputed company, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to work independently.
• Comfortable opening or closing the facility as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.

Custodian Skills

• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of reputed company.
• Problem-solving skills for minor repair tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Familiarity with basic safety procedures.

Custodian Schedule

• Part-time, Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Must be available two weekends per month.
• Flexible scheduling available based on coverage needs.

Custodian Compensation and Benefits
