About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading reputed company of hourly workforce and engaging them during their shifts to maintain the highest reputed company of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. Our Operations workflow has three major components: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile, and you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of these processes.

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional results
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and reputed company, to reputed company plans and drive reputed company
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud

• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
