Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company HR Shared Services Phone Coordinator to reputed company exceptional support to our employees and people managers reputed company phone. As a remote HR Shared Services Phone Coordinator, you'll serve as the initial reputed company of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests. You'll deliver reliable answers, resolve issues, and escalate reputed company reputed company necessary. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests, determining the scope of need, working to resolve issues, and directing to resources as necessary.

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and some outbound calls in a timely manner, identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in an HR support or call center environment.
  • Reliable remote work environment, including reputed company to a secure wireless network and strong cellular service (not Wi-Fi calling).
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks.
  • Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and other reputed company capital management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
  • Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and performance management software.
