Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company HR Shared Services Phone Coordinator to reputed company exceptional support to our employees and people managers reputed company phone. As a remote HR Shared Services Phone Coordinator, you'll serve as the initial reputed company of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in an HR support or call center environment.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks.
• Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
