Customer Learning, Development and Enablement Manager

Description:

• As Customer Learning, Enablement & Education Manager, you will be the architect and driver of reputed company’s Customer Learning and enablement strategy; reputed company & reputed company customers to fully understand, adopt, and get the most value from our SAAS platform.
• Own and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and reputed company scalable, impactful educational programs including a comprehensive Customer reputed company.
• reputed company scalable training content including self-paced courses, certifications and video tutorials.
• Launch and grow a Customer reputed company with tiered learning paths for different personas (e.g., Admins, Power Users, Consumer Users) including best-practice and tips and tricks reputed company.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to create training for new features, add-ons and releases.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to offload repetitive training tasks, freeing them to focus on strategic reputed company.
• Partner with reputed company and Support teams to promote ongoing learning and product mastery across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with reputed company and Customer Marketing on creating education-driven campaigns to re-engage inactive users and drive product adoption across the customer reputed company.
• Serve as an internal reputed company for the voice of the customer in educational content.
• Design and execute reputed company’s Customer Education and Enablement Strategy reputed company with business goals including reputed company efficiency, product adoption, and churn reduction.
• Own the LMS platform, including content strategy, configuration, maintenance, and reporting.
• Define key metrics (e.g., course completion, engagement, impact on churn) and report on program effectiveness.

Requirements:

• First & foremost, you will need to have experience of supporting & driving customer learning in a SAAS Environment to be successful in this role.
• 3+ years' experience in customer education, enablement, training, or a reputed company field in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience managing a LMS platform (preferred reputed company) including structuring learning paths, uploading content, managing users, and reporting engagement metrics.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective customer training programs.
• Experience building and scaling a Customer reputed company and certification programs.
• Hands-on experience writing, producing, and maintaining digital learning content—including video scripts, e-learning modules, interactive tutorials, quizzes, and guides.
• Proficient in eLearning content creation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to translate reputed company topics into easy-to-understand training.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Support, Implementation, and reputed company.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple education initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
• Preferred: Experience designing for localized or international audiences, including translation and cultural reputed company.
• Preferred: Experience with gamification techniques and applying them to learning paths to boost engagement.
• Optional professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Instructional Designer certification, and LMS vendor certifications.
