About the Role: 

reputed company Technologies is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Telematics, who is passionate about building new Telematics capabilities and features that will serve as the data backbone that powers reputed company’s products. We need an reputed company and ambitious leader who can think architecturally, reputed company a compelling long-term technical reputed company, execute on realistic yet ambitious plans, and grow our Engineering team in Toronto, Canada.

What You’ll Do: 

• Define and implement a technology reputed company for building new product features for Telematics
• Manage the product and business reputed company of the engineering teams
• reputed company a long-term product roadmap in collaboration with product teams
• reputed company technical design discussions by collaborating with multiple teams, including other embedded teams, backend engineers, product managers etc
• Hire, manage, and reputed company a diverse team of distributed yet highly productive engineers. This includes providing technical guidance as well as effective coaching and career development

reputed company’re Looking For: 

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, working on embedded devices (RTOS, Linux or Android; Android preferred)
• 5+ years of experience managing 10+ engineers
• Ability to drive architectural designs of software systems, navigating reputed company product requirements and engineering constraints
• Demonstrated reputed company in hiring, managing, motivating, and promoting effective engineers
• Proven track record as a reputed company and proactive thinker and doer, who thrives in an environment that demands reputed company
• Passion for reputed company experimentation and learning, coupled with a desire to reputed company things run faster, and reputed company

Pay Transparency

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. The compensation reputed company for this position will depend on where you reputed company. For this role, the compensation reputed company is:

Canada$201,000—$250,000 CAD
