Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, as required
• Verifying information provided to our client by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-reputed company information
• Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client
• Data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
• Timely and quality execution of tasks
• Performing additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes
• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or reputed company sales or customer service experience (a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work with process and information changes
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of reputed company
