This role is based in Plantation, FL, Seattle, WA, or Boston, MA, offering the flexibility to work from a location that suits your needs. As a Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the reputed company of promotional and triggered email, push, and in-app campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize automated email programs, segmentation, and personalization strategies, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for customer-centric marketing, backed by a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
  • 7+ years of experience in email and/or direct marketing, preferably in e-reputed company.
  • A Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and identify insights from data.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaigns through an reputed company ESP, ideally reputed company.
  • A deep understanding of how to reputed company behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to drive personalization.
  • Experience with email optimization and personalization platforms, as well as project management tools like JIRA.
