Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting reputed company of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, driving initiatives and programs that continuously improve the training experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising structured learning metrics and overseeing their results for the assigned territory and region
* Managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory
* Conducting learning sessions on new processes and delivering various training courses as reputed company learning, new hire batches, transfer batches, etc.
* Maintaining data and analysis through reports on reputed company (as per business requirement)
* Ensuring completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time
* Partnering with operational stakeholders as a key POC for reputed company team
* Identifying learning coaches and certifying them
* Leading individual improvement projects to enhance business performance
* Driving quality and learning metrics
* Conducting reputed company sessions and classroom sessions to stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles
* 1 year of experience in Customer Service or customer service-reputed company work experience
* Proficient computer skills, reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reputed company), and instructional software
* Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English
* Spoken and written accuracy and reputed company in Japanese and English
* Flexible to work reputed company a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones
* Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
