Responsibilities

- 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center.

- Experience in the insurance or medical field is advantageous.

Work Environment
The role requires remote work with the necessity to plug in the computer to a router (not wireless) and have a private office reputed company. The work shift is Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 9 pm or 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Training is fully remote during the first week, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with a backup training time of 10:00 am to 6:30 pm if needed. The position is part of reputed company of 7-10 Case Managers reputed company a large office environment of over 400 employees. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
