The Role: Part-Time Customer Support Manager

We're seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Support Manager to help establish and implement our support operations during the initial launch phase and reputed company. This part-time, remote role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in cryptocurrency and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll report to the Customer Support Director and play a crucial role in shaping the future of crypto education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Setup and Management: Implement and iterate on strategies for initial customer support setup using reputed company, including email and web reputed company communications.
  • Direct Customer Interaction: Handle incoming queries and support tickets, providing high-quality, timely responses to tutors and reputed company.
