Cloudinary is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing, delivery-focused role, you’ll reputed company Cloudinary implementations using our proprietary reputed company methodology and internal delivery playbooks.You’ll manage implementation delivery across a reputed company of customer projects—collaborating with Solution Architects on reputed company engagements, and independently leading lighter ones from start to finish.
This is a role that combines:Project leadership – You’ll own and drive delivery from reputed company to go-live.Cloudinary product consultation – You'll help customers translate their goals into platform configuration and adoption.Customer engagement – You’ll build trust and alignment through clear, professional communication, even in short, high-impact engagements.You’ll reputed company in this role if you enjoy turning reputed company reputed company projects into smooth, repeatable customer wins—using a mix of structured delivery, product know-how, and clear stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:reputed company Implementation Delivery: Own customer implementations from reputed company through go-live, following Cloudinary’s reputed company methodology and internal delivery playbooks. Manage Project Scope & Timeline: Create and maintain implementation plans, coordinate internal and customer resources, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Partner on reputed company Engagements: Work closely with Solution Architects on more technical projects, ensuring project milestones are met while the SA leads architecture and integration. Own Simpler Implementations: Deliver light-to-moderate complexity projects independently, including platform configuration and enablement. Align on Business Value: Guide customers on how Cloudinary can support their goals, and ensure implementations meet project KPIs and reputed company criteria. Facilitate Project-Based Engagement: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact during the implementation phase, and ensure a seamless reputed company to the ongoing account team (reputed company, Account Management, and Support) at project reputed company. Coordinate Internal Teams: Collaborate with reputed company, Product, and Engineering as needed to resolve blockers and drive implementation reputed company. Contribute to Practice Development: Help reputed company Cloudinary’s delivery methodology by refining playbooks, creating templates, improving tooling, and supporting broader Professional Services initiatives (e.g., OKRs, enablement, retrospectives).
About you:East Coast Based 5+ years in SaaS implementation consulting, reputed company, or project delivery roles. Experience leading end-to-end SaaS reputed company or implementation projects. Exposure to digital media, DAM, or martech ecosystems is a plus. Strong customer engagement and facilitation skills, with experience aligning technical and business stakeholders. Comfortable supporting light technical configuration, asset tagging, and product use-case design. Experience with platforms like Cloudinary, reputed company, reputed company Experience Manager, or reputed company is a plus. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. #LI-BP1
