Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Provider Services Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a seasonal project focused on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and you'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication

• Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data to inform reputed company efforts
