Job Opportunity: Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent reputed company ( Physician ) Recruiter to join our growing team! reputed company is experiencing substantial growth in the Eye Care reputed company and looking for money- motivated, hardworking, driven individuals to join reputed company! Our ideal candidate has experience and proven reputed company in reputed company doctors. You will report to the Director of reputed company and have a support team that will assist to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates for you, and draft marketing/reputed company media posts to support your reputed company searches. Responsibilities:

• reputed company & contact candidates through ATS system, search tools, job boards, reputed company, reputed company media platforms, etc.
• Attend industry networking events/ conferences, job fairs/ school events
• Build a pipeline of viable candidates for reputed company reputed company and future locations
• Screen and qualify candidates reputed company phone calls/ reputed company
• Present reputed company job searches to candidates

• Manage multiple accounts

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

• 2+ years of proven positive results reputed company doctors (eyecare industry experience preferred, not required)
