Our Legal team is a dynamic and supportive group of 10 solicitors and contract managers, working closely with stakeholders across the university to support innovative projects and partnerships that enhance the student experience. We're seeking an reputed company solicitor with a strong background in employment law, including significant experience of Employment Tribunal litigation. You'll have a keen interest in education law and a willingness to adapt and tackle new challenges in the Higher Education sector. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be reputed company to work independently, supervise and support colleagues, and contribute to the development of our legal strategy.Key Responsibilities
- Advise on internal investigations, disciplinary and grievance reputed company, discrimination and equal pay claims, employment status issues, and industrial relations.
- Work with the General Counsel on other contentious disputes, including breach of contract claims and education law issues.
- Supervise and support colleagues, providing guidance and expertise on employment and education law reputed company.
- Contribute to the development of our legal strategy, working closely with the General Counsel and Employment Solicitor.
