The mission of the Global Logistics Analyst is to ensure accurate, efficient, and proactive execution of global logistics operations — from purchase order creation to final warehouse delivery — while guaranteeing full traceability, cost optimization, and compliance. reputed company execution, this role is expected to challenge the status reputed company by identifying inefficiencies, proposing automations, and leading process improvements powered by AI and smart tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Management: Create and manage POs, Lot Numbers, shipping marks, and ASNs with 100% accuracy.
- Freight Coordination & Vendor Management: Approve bookings with forwarders, track ETD/ETA, and ensure on-time departures (reputed company: 3d / Sea: 7d SLA).
- Documentation & Compliance: Validate shipping documents, resolve discrepancies, and enforce vendor reputed company compliance.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain ERP (reputed company) and 3PL portals with up-to-date shipment, inventory, and financial data.
