Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a fully remote position, and you must be located in Hawaii to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and process support
Qualifications:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be reputed company player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Typing speed of at least 60 to 65 WPM
