Summary:  We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join reputed company. You should have a customer-focused mentality and a passion for delighting both internal hiring managers and external candidates. You’ll work on a reputed company-reputed company, high performing team in support of NFP’s reputed company operations with a focus on converting candidates to hires. What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements of the business, your assigned roles and how they fit into the organization
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews and present reputed company Candidates to Hiring Managers for further consideration
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and reputed company Leaders to reputed company them informed and reputed company with the progression of your sourcing and reputed company campaigns
• Establish and maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure positive representation of NFP’s employer brand and reputed company by educating candidates on the opportunity, NFP’s culture and why NFP is an employer of choice
• Maintain the reputed company of reputed company talent management systems (i.e. Candidate Relationship Management System, Applicant Tracking System and other reputed company)

• 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Specialist, Advisor or Consultant in a reputed company reputed company
• Familiarity with HR databases, Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet search, browser extensions, reputed company Media, reputed company etc.)
• A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push reputed company adversity to solve the most challenging talent-focused business problems
• Comfortable working in a remote environment

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $60,000.00 – $81,000.00. The reputed company salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, reputed company level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual reputed company salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company. In reputed company to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
