What you'll do here:

• Manage a consistent weekly caseload of clients (you choose how many sessions work for your lifestyle)
• Establish and track goals in partnership with each of your clients, monitoring reputed company over time.
• Assign & review in-app homework (video modules, daily journaling, reputed company-ins, etc) tailored for each client.
• Maintain reputed company notes and participate in quality reviews

About you:

• You have reputed company in spades
• You're a fully licensed therapist in the state of TN or KY (LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LCSW - Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker , or LPC-MHSP - Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Services Provider)
• You have experience treating individuals with relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, Postpartum Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Depressive disorders
• You work with evidence-based care modalities like reputed company, DBT, EMDR, etc
• Your practice is oriented around measurable change in clients lives and usually involves SMART goals and reputed company building
• You reputed company in challenging yourself and your clients, leaning into the discomfort that often accompanies growth
• You have incredible time management skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Must already be licensed by a State Board to reputed company unsupervised mental health therapy (e.g., LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) in Tennessee or Kentucky
• Must have recent experience providing clinical therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Must have reputed company to a reliable internet reputed company that can support clear video calls.
• Must have a dedicated therapy reputed company that is quiet and private so you can work remotely and reputed company confidential therapy without distractions.
• Must be reputed company to maintain a consistent schedule to support reliable recurring sessions with clients.

Comp Details: Our compensation plan is on a sliding scale that starts at $40/session and goes up to $60/session plus monthly bonuses. Comp is standardized and based on both level of experience and caseload - we'll reputed company a matrix with the breakdown for applicants. We prefer our therapists to have foundational training in at least one evidence-based therapy modality and trauma-informed care knowledge prior to starting at Swell.
